Return & Refund Policy
At Serenity Scent, every order is prepared with care and dispatched with the intention of arriving in perfect condition. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to resolving legitimate concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Order Confirmations Upon purchase, customers receive an automated order confirmation. A second notification is issued at the time of shipment. We encourage all customers to retain these communications as they serve as proof of purchase.
Eligibility for Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of confirmed delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unburned, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@serenityscentemporium.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items We take great care in packaging every order with additional protective materials to minimize transit damage. In the event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the damage to both the product and its packaging. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
Non-Delivery Claims If you have not received your order within the expected delivery window, please contact us at support@serenityscentemporium.com. We will investigate the matter with the carrier and work to resolve it promptly. Claims of non-delivery must be submitted within 30 days of the shipment date.
Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds based on personal fragrance preference. Scent is subjective, and we encourage customers to review our detailed fragrance notes prior to purchase. The following are not eligible for return or refund: items returned due to fragrance preference, used or burned candles, items not in original condition, sale items, and gift cards.
Complaint Verification Serenity Scent takes all customer concerns seriously. All claims are subject to verification against order and delivery records. We reserve the right to decline requests that cannot be substantiated or that are inconsistent with our records. We do not tolerate fraudulent claims and reserve the right to refuse service in such cases.
Exchanges To exchange an item, initiate a return for the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period For orders shipped into the European Union, customers retain the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds Once a return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by financial institution. If more than 15 business days have elapsed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@serenityscentemporium.com.
